Karuppu Kollu Laddu (கருப்பு கொள்ளு லட்டு) is a traditional sweet prepared using black horse gram (karuppu kollu), often combined with nattusakkarai, sesame, coconut, nuts or ghee. It can be developed as a nutritious value-added traditional food product.
